Hiyayako Tofu

Japanese Cold Tofu

This is a very simple, but delicious appetizer and can be adjusted to individual taste.

  1. Cut the tofu into a bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add your favorite topping. We recommend: wasabi, Yuzu-Red-Pepper Paste or Japanese Pickles (Shibazuke).

  3. Sprinkle with Soy Sauce.
