The Holiday season is starting soon. It is my favorite time of the year, but it always makes me wonder what food to serve. So this week I would like to introduce Aburiyaki Stuffed Mushrooms. As usual, it is a quick but delicious and satisfying recipe. It is perfect as a warming up appetizer and is packed with vitamins to protect your immune system during the cold months.

As we are already in the middle of the Autumn, there is nothing better than pumpkins and spinach! This power couple strengthens your immune system and heart, to keep you going during the cold months. So this week I would like to introduce a Spinach Bruschetta. We also add a little bit of a blue cheese to create creamy taste and balance the grilled Aburiyaki.
